Attendance

North Kansas City Schools believes that regular school attendance is important. Research has demonstrated a correlation between good attendance and the likelihood of good academic progress. However, it is recognized that there are occasions when a student must be absent from school all or part of the day. Students must stay home when sick only if they have had vomiting, a fever, or diarrhea in the past 24 hours. 

When your student will be absent, please call the main office at 816-321-5370 to report the absence.
